Our customer support and technical service

As from the first delivery of a Rosario screen printing machine almost 60 years ago, 90% of our customers are based outside Europe, which means that we have a very long experience how to serve also those customers who are not next door. Our many customers in the Far East are serviced by one of our service engineers who is based in the Far East.

A very big step forward is that since more than 10 years ago all our machines are equipped with an on-line service connection device, which makes a quick diagnosis of a possible machine failure clear and depending on the failure an on-line support van be realized Most of the mechanical parts we have in stock as well as the electronic parts which are kept in stock at our main electrical-and software supplier.

Our services also include periodic inspections and maintenance of the machines on site as well as training in preventative maintenance and training of machine operators. Apart from the consumables and wear parts such as screens, squeegee rubbers, grippers etc, all our machine spare parts are supplied with a full warranty of 12 months

We have a very long experience in servicing our customers and we have learned and still learn a lot from our customers. We have always appreciated and do respect our customers’s comments and advices!
